The product is sturdy

The product is nice. Versa customer support is lacking. Non responsive, and very slow IF they respond. One of the shelves for the desk arrived damaged on the corner. I did send a text to customer service asking if this could be replaced and received no response. I sent an email when I first placed the order asking for an update after about 8 days of hearing nothing and it wasn’t until I reached out a second time on about day ten that I got a response. In addition, the edges of every shelf of this desk is sharp because it sits above the edge banding. I got the white, glass top. So if you intend to rest your arms on the table top keep in mind you may need a wrist pad. A positive is that it was very easy to assemble. About an hour from unboxing to assembled. I also does go up and down quickly and smoothly, and it rolls very easy along my vinyl plank floor. It came in five separate boxes. It took three weeks to arrive.

The desk is absolutely amazing

Absolutely love this standing desk. The build quality is solid, the motor is smooth and quiet, and height adjustments are quick and effortless. It’s made a noticeable difference in my posture, focus, and overall energy during long workdays. The surface feels premium and has plenty of space for my monitors and accessories without feeling cluttered. Setup was straightforward, and once it’s dialed in, it feels rock-steady at any height. Easily one of the best upgrades I’ve made to my workspace—highly recommend for anyone working long hours at a desk.
