Really is tasteless

So same great formula, no coffee. Pretty simple concept. Except when companies say no taste or tasteless or plain, the product still ends up having a residual flavor of some sort. This however, does not. I use this 2 ways: to boost my Lucid coffee for a true 1 and done for the day or I wait and mix a dose into my electrolytes packets I usually have around lunch time. I did a test with my mom in just plain water and we both agreed it didn't actually have a taste. Wild to think about

Cognitive re

Been working on a cognitive reset lately. Dialing in routines, protecting my energy, and trying nootropics to support focus and mental clarity. Nothing extreme. Just being more intentional about what helps me feel sharp, present, and balanced. I have also fond that I crash less from taking this daily without the mid day brain fog before I head into work.

Too soon to tell

I have not been consuming it regularly since I was on vacation the last 10 days. So far I have noticed no difference in how I feel. Check back later for a full review.
