Flat Iron Steak yummy.

Tender and tasty. It cooked in less than 10 minutes. I salted it and let it sit for 15 min. Heated skillet till really hot, then seared the steak 5 min s on each side. That actually made it well done, but it was still bloody at 3 mins. Anyway, I was pleased with the taste and how tender it was.
