Living on the Northern Rivers NSW I had not had the luxury of a taste test before purchasing. I jumped boots and all, the olis are high quality and the infused flavours are epic. Truffle my favourite at this point. Highly recommend buying blind, you will not be disappointed. Distribution is quick as well. Great job Alec and team. Look forward to a visit in person one day.
