Cute hoodie, disappointing experience. My FORBIDDEN ZIP HOODIE NATURAL arrived June 3 with two hood defects, both bows were poorly sewn. Customer service offered a partial refund, but I returned it for a full refund. Delivered back June 8. They said returns take 10 business days, but as of 9 PM June 24 (12 business days later), I still have no refund or response. For the price, quality and service should be better. Save your money.
