The actual product might be fine, but G-Form's customer service and communication are completely non-existent. My original order from 6/13 was modified and shipped without my consent because items were out of stock. I attempted to contact support via chat 3 times, left a voicemail, and emailed BEFORE it shipped to swap the color to black so I could still get my items. I was ignored and the partial order was rushed out. A fulfillment specialist finally emailed me back, agreeing to honor my original discount on a secondary order, but then completely ghosted me. I have sent multiple follow-up emails since June 22nd and a direct message on Instagram. Total silence for over a week, even though the items are now back in stock on the website. I wanted to buy more products from you to give as gifts to youth baseball players, but you clearly do not want my business. Order #111312.
