My teen daughter actually brought the Cotopaxi brand to me, and fell in love with it. I didn't realize there were actual storefronts and happily stumbled upon this one in Tualatin, Oregon. First of all, the customer service I received was impeccable. I probably picked up a dozen different items and simply could not decide. The young man that was helping me was SO patient and kind, giving me features of all kinds of different items, helping me ultimately make the choice to buy this product.
