This is my third pair of Bluetooth frames, the second from Oho. I was very satisfied with my previous purchase so I did not hesitate to order a new pair. It unfortunately had some problems and I reached out to their customer support. Well, they answered the NEXT business day and decided to replace the faulty glasses right away. They have a great product and they really stand behind it. They mean it. Really impressed!
