My go to shoe for trail running, particularly good grip on rock, comfy for long hauls.

Best trail shoes ever

Im on my 4th pair of these. Luckily la sportiva have sensibly kept them pretty much the same since the outset. They're a great trail shoe, especially for longer stuff. Not the lightest, but not noticebly heavy. The tread works well in most conditions although I'd definitely consider these more trail than fell shoe. The rubber is really good on wet rock. I've done numerous ultras in these, including lakeland 100 and utmb. One of the highlights apart from the comfort is the durability. Expect to get 700 miles easily. I'd tend to go a full size up on normal shoe size. Service and delivery from rock and run as always very good
