A local friend shared her copy of this book with me. I enjoyed it so much that I ordered one and had it sent it to a friend in California for her birthday. At some point, I'll order one for myself so that I can return the one I have now to my local friend. This is a book that I would like to refer to over and over & gift to others. Very easy read! I agree with so much of the content. It would be great to suggest an eating regime to go along with the book. Thank you!
