Empanadas

Have ordered the ham/cheese and the mushroom empanadas twice. They are very easy to prepare and they are delicious. We also had the sweet ones—blueberry and peach—both were great although my favorite was the blueberry. They make a quick and easy tasty small meal or dessert.

Even better frozen!

Loved these! Have had them more times than I can count from the farmers market. Didn’t know if they would be as good frozen. They were even better—warm straight from the oven.
