Montessori Discovery Box

I am dissappointed in the quality of this toy. It looks like it is solid wood construcion but it is really made with a very thin veneer. I am going to keep it but only because they make the return difficult and costly. Costly mistake. Shipping was from China and took almost 3 weeks with little to no comunication during the process.

I bought the gift for my 9 month old grandson. A label on the box had a 36 month+ label. There are many small parts that would be dangerous for a young child. I tried to return it, but the return shipping cost to China was $300+. I did receive half of my payment instead of shipping.

My one year old grandson really enjoys this toy, and I suspect as he grows, he will not lose interest.
