fits small and big charges for return

The outfit was ok - but was too tight through the hips and way too long - so sizing up would be worse. The worst part is that there is a $10 restock and $10 return label fee. Typing it here incase you haven't had a chance to read the return policy. My bad for not reviewing it and assuming it would be a typical shipping fee.
