It’s unfortunate that it wasn’t listed that the Luffy card was gonna be loosen envelope and damaged after speaking with customer service. They explained that all of them are like this. I just feel like it would’ve been great to mention it on the website before spending $50 on a card that was gonna come damaged. They offered a $15 future discount but would not take the card back. It does say new and sealed on the website, just be careful when purchasing know that you’re not gonna get a clean card. It will be heavy. Played always have a good experience with this company this time. I wish it would’ve been a little better.
