The {Summer} Capsule Meal Plan

Great meal plan!

We are enjoying this plan! We are a vegetarian family so I wasn’t sure if this would work but most of the recipes are able to be worked around(portobello instead of steak, jackfruit instead of chicken, lentils instead of sausage or ground beef etc.). I was in a rut and this has helped me get excited about cooking again! Thanks Angie!!!!!

Very yummy and simple to follow recipes for our family! I got lazy and spent a month just remaking the first week items (and adding some of our own favs) because they were new recipes the kids would eat!
