Great Coat, One Gripe

Love the coat, looks great - only issue is that the zipper has no inner guard, which makes it pretty easy to accidentally get fur caught in the zipper. Unfortunately my pup is very sensitive (over-dramatic), and now runs and hides when the coat comes out. Once it's on her she's fine, though!

Sadly, it doesn’t fit right… I’m sure the issue is with my doggy’s body. How do I get a refund and I’ll need a return label. Your customer service was wonderful in assisting with sizing, wish it had worked out! Thank you anyway!
