Ambassadors Get the Short End of the Stick

Ordered this hoodie and was so excited. A couple days after placing this order, which also included some mid-year ambassador items, I got my shipment notification. That’s where the excitement ended. For the SECOND time… I missed out on items I ordered and got confirmation of my order because ambassador items were on pre-order status. So because I’m an ambassador and take advantage of my discount and ambassador specific items, I lose out on other, non ambassador items. Make it make sense? How can you confirm my order, provide me with shipment notification only to notify me that because my ambassador items took so long you let someone else come in and take the hoodie I ordered? And again, for this to be the SECOND time this has happened. How is this great customer service? Sadly, this will be my last Alter Ego order and my time being an ambassador.
