I was taking a different IBS probiotic that went out of production (to my horror, give I'd been relying on it faithfully for many years). I switched to Bio-K+ and it works just as well as my previous probiotic in terms of stabilizing gut health. I take it every two days. No complaints from me. It is very handy that it does not need to be stored in a fridge.
