Misleading

It was very misleading on the website and even after emailing customer service about ordering some beads and trying to ensure I ordered correctly the wrong item was ordered for an existing story telling bracelet. I spent £100 on beads that can not be used on the bracelet my husband owns. After emailing to ask if I could at least have a discount after no accountability was taken, I didn’t even receive a response. This was very disappointing since I’ve ordered many times from them and have previously spent a lot of money. Usually customer service has been very good but this time I feel let down.

i bought the story teller bracelet for my eldest son together with two charms back in 2019 as he and his new wife were immigrating to Australia. Since then I have bought one for every significant moment in his life including the birth of my grandchildren and recieving their Australian citizenship. He loves them ❤️
