Terrible Delivery & Customer Service

Ordered two cases. Only one case delivered. Was not sure reason why as I was never even contacted. After reviewing Fedex tracking, one case was apparently damaged in transit which is why Fedex chose not to deliver. It has now been close to 3 weeks with no case delivered. I reached out to Tejvava customer service a few days ago by email and called them and left a message a couple days ago (there is no human being to speak to). No response. I just looked at Fedex tracking and it indicates delivery was yesterday (to another state!). Too bad, never again!
