Tuna Style Flakes in Water

I think I like this better than the Loma Linda brand. A little more sea worthy but there is plenty of room for more nori sheets to make it more ocean-y. I think it might be the texture, ŵay more like tuna.

Having experienced the Loma Linda Tuno canned fish analog, I expected a solid chunk texture and mild, neutral flavor with this Unmeat - and got both. Tuna style flakes are soft but not too soft, providing a light chew. I added Dijon mustard, Old Bay, celery seed and a light, tangy mayo for a basic tuna salad. Having found it difficult to access Tuno locally for several years, this is a great sub.
