This was my first customised order, and I was very happy with the sizing of the garment. I contacted the retailer several times to check measurements, and Deba replied promptly and clearly each time. The item arrived the day before Eid; although it did come in time, delivery updates would have been helpful to avoid needing to chase. The main drawbacks were that the garment was described as “silk” on the website, but the fabric I received was not silk. I appreciate that real silk would cost more, but the product description should be accurate. The trousers were beautifully cut and stitched but were see‑through, so a lining would improve them. Overall, I am pleased with the garment and will definitely order again.
