I came across this watch in a Top 10 value Field Watch article and it doesn't disappoint. For one, it wears great. The leather underneath the canvas is comfortable. It is light and slim. The Seiko drive works great and I wear this with confidence in harsh environments. Here is the difference with Ratio. They shipped the package fast using Fed Ex, to the USA. Shipping was fast and issue free. It came in a, i want to say, a carbon watch box, well packaged. One would have to intentionally try to crush it, to harm the robustly built watch. Ratio then emailed me a few days later and wanted feedback. I love that pursuit of good customer relations. The watch reads well, and I can look at it from any angle with no glare and see the time. The strap buckle has a Ratio pie emblem. I would recommend to a friend and buy as a gift for anyone and intend to buy more, when in stock. From the price point and care in shipping, and speed of shipping, it is very hard to beat. I love this thing and wear it in confidence. Though a work watch, I wear it at the store and when out in casual settings and it looks great for dressed down attire.
