Men's Puma Fast-R Nitro Elite 3

This shoe has firm foam for a super shoe (vs adios pro4, metaspeed edge tokyo, saucony pro 3, saucony elite 2). The firm foam and narrow heel wore me down as a mid to heel striker. Very fast up to half marathon, but not for me for marathon distance. I felt like I needed to be in an aggressive stride and then it worked. Trying to hang on, especially on concrete, was not great.
