I purchased these on a whim to see if the formulation felt any different than the lemme sleep one. I love being able to take one in the morning and one at bedtime and immediately noticed the effects. They don’t make me drowsy and they taste really good after you get a little used to the texture.

I don’t like taking melatonin so I love this option to help me sleep still! After taking one of these I fall asleep within the next hour every night. 4 stars only because they have a slightly bitter taste but still worth it!
