Sunscreen and Makeup Disappear, Red Irritation Gone

I'm 49, and noticing a lot of skin changes with perimenopause. One of the biggest changes is how sensitive my skin has become, and how easily the skin barrier can wear down. I switched to this cleanser (was, and still occasionally use Detox Cleanser) and it does everything I wanted it to. I use a lot of sunscreen, multiple applications a day, and this cleanser removes it every time. The subtle redness in my cheeks has also alleviated with use. Love it!

This cleanser is very gentle especially if you are using tretinoin cream in your skin regimen. I am 70 years old with the Skin Type 3. I have had oily acne-prone skin since I was nine years old. No one believes I am 70 because my skin looks younger. I love Renee's cleansers and keep four of them on hand for different seasons. I use tretinoin cream every other night and make sure I cleanse this cleanser prior to using the cream and the following morning. I also use it more in the colder months.
