Horrible experience and order still not complete

On 19 January 2020 i placed an order for 2 x “The Big 5 Travel Set”. I paid for priority shipping to my hotel in Glasgow (I live in South Africa). The order arrived very late and I almost didn’t get it but luckily on the day that I flew back it arrived. Then when I opened the package I noticed only 1 set had arrived (I ordered 2). I emailed you on 25 January and received no response. I followed up on 28 January and Logan Millan responded, apologizing and confirmed he would send another set. I explained that I live in South Africa and was there in business but luckily had another trip planned to Wales. I provided the address. I received another email on 29 January confirming that it would arrive that Friday, 31 January. It never arrived. I followed up but my emails were just ignored. Your phone lines don’t work. Horrible experience. Never again.
