I do not remember what the original “Samsara" smelled like because it’s been over 20 years since I purchased it. I just remember it was a unique fragrance so I took a chance on this “Impression" oil. I am pleasantly surprised even tho I don’t have the original to compare it to. The fragrance is strong at first but mellows out to a more light scent. I’m happy with my purchase.

It does smell very similar to the original

It really does smell similar; it's been so long since I had the real one, that I don't remember precisely the fragrance, but when I smelled this one, it immediately brought memories, so it's close enough. With original Samsara being discontinued, this is the next best thing. Fragrance is strong and long lasting. Love it.
