Best customer service!!!
This isn’t exactly related to the hair but I was in a really bad accident right in front of her store (while picking up the hair). It was closing time but the way Kia treated me and my family was beyond amazing! She gave us drinks, gave my kids snacks and even watched them as we talked to officers. She literally refused to leave until she knew that we were all okay. I could never thank you enough!!! Plus her hair is bombbbbbb and I’ve been wearing it for years and will continue to!
