This bed is so comfortable! I originally ordered the regular “Luxury Firm” because it said it was a 6 out of 10 hardness and was good for back, stomach and side sleepers. My girlfriend and i are both over 200lbs and side sleepers. I figured it would be perfect. It ended up being a little too firm for us. I initiated the exchange for the “softer” model and Winkbeds were very responsive. Great customer service throughout the process. I received the softer version and its perfect! Its rated a 4 out of 10 on the hardness scale and in my opinion is perfect for side sleepers. Great mattress and even better customer service. Im a very happy customer and highly recommend Winkbeds.
