Zero help, zero support

Leaving zero stars, i ordered a part which never arrived on the scheduled date of delivery, it was in my area then got sent to Ohio, when I emailed FLO they sent me an unreadable message that I believe is saying i have to go to my post office and ask them for help, so instead of a full refund like I asked for or for them to send a new part I now have to go play detective with USPS. Thanks FLO for all the help, will not be buying parts from your company again.
