Been trying to get the correct shirt I ordered for over a month. In one of the few responses I’ve received from customer service, I was supposedly sent store credit to buy the shirt again - but what they don’t tell you is that there is no way to actually use store credit in the shopping cart on their website. Avoid at all costs.

Serious buyer beware. If I wasn’t a previous customer, I’d think this was a scam site, but maybe that’s what it is now. I was sent the wrong item, and I’ve been trying to get them to send me the correct shirt or a prepaid return label for 2+ weeks now.

I received a green and pink flannel that isn't anything like the black/pine needle. Apparently this is a recurring issue, as I found out from reading Shop app reviews after the order had already been placed. Really disappointed with how this went down.
