Stadium Level Locks for Beyblade X

Terrible communication with the store. Placed an order on August 12 with an ETA delivery on September 1. No updates whatsoever until I, the customer, reached out on September 5. The owner admitted there were defects in the products and that they needed to be reprinted, which is a known problem with 3D-printed products. I did not mind the reprint, but what bothered me was the lack of updates and communication. I asked for a refund because the products would arrive past my event; I have no use for them once the event is over. They denied it, stating store policy.
