Cute fabric but fits like a sack

First time I've purchased this brand. Most of my golf dresses are Tail. I'm 5'5" and about 118 lbs and a medium Tail dress fits me perfectly. So I bought a medium in this dress. Unfortunately it fit like a sack. I thought about ordering a small but didn't want to have to keep paying for return shipping. So I returned it - unlikely to every buy this brand unless it's in a bricks and mortar store.
