Baking Nation • Issue 2

I really enjoy the Baking Nation, it's filled with stories, great recipes, and even crossword puzzle, word searches, etc. It's just a fun newspaper dedicated to baking. It's not just difficult recipes either it's for eveyday bakers just starting out and others who want to learn more about baking.

This is perfect! I’m hoping to pass it along to a good friend.

I am loving Baking Nation. It is so much fun. I would love to see more alternatives for ingredients. I can't eat eggs. How do we substitute? I see "why it works" for many recipes and if eggs are part of the reason it works, then I know I can't make that recipe. How can I make some recipes vegan? I would love some help with recipe modifications!
