Disappointed

Loved the Iconic Strappy Olympians and bought them prior. When got new pair they now have very loose upper strap which does NOT fit correctly. It is very loose. When reordered- exactly same issue. The Shoe Fairy unfortunately was not able to stand by the quality of the shoes and would not return them. Very disappointing.
