Ordered batteries for tv headset. When they didnt arrive i contacted Avantree. I had an immediate response. They came back with the explanation of the issue and found a resolution. Batteries have been received and the mother is delighted with being able to hear the tv again.
The response from Avantree to my issue was fantastic. In a world where many times you have to chase for a response, or even find it difficult to figure out how to contact support, Avantree have stood out to me as exceptional.
