The flavor is decent, but truthfully I can't tell a difference in using them or not using them. They dont seem to have an effect on me at all. I started with one pouch, then waited a few days to try two, and again to try 3 and i dont feel more focused, energetic, or more pumped up. I can't say that I will be recommending the product to anyone else.

Amazing product and company. A pleasure to speak to and get the opportunity to try a product that’s so easy to use. I’m not a fan of downing pre-workout before my lifts so these come in handy.
Will definitely use again and recommend to all my friends.

Tbh the best pouches I've taken thus far by a long long mile i don't know the science behind it or if it truly works or not but man great taste last for HOURS hits smooth ive tried other brands like ultra pouches caffeine ones as well but the pump on these mrds are insanely good and no I am not a paid actor or nothing these are actually great and the flavor are really great
