I had two headsets that unfortunately both had issues right after each other. I provided a POP for the warranty department and they sent me a new pair after a brief description of the issue. Same for the 2nd pair. Both of the replacements were the latest generation and the Rumble is an enormous improvement over the original I had which I thought would be tough to do but they did it. Elgin customer for life here.

My THIRD set!
I have enjoyed these earphones for several years. Through my carelessness I have used and abused and finally destroyed my two previous sets. Hopefully I'll be a bit more careful (HA,HA!) with this THIRD set. Love the product! Thanks!

Bought a pair 4 years ago and they finally quit after being used everyday, so I went and got a new pair hopefully these will last just as long!
