I came in with a broken chain that technically fell outside of the warranty, so they had no obligation to help me at all. But they helped me anyway and made sure my chain was complete again. That kind of service is rare and I really appreciated it. They could have easily turned me away but they went the extra mile instead. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.
