This is the most wonderful peanut butter. It tastes just like the old fashioned from the health food store. The price is unbeatable and I am so grateful to you Baker's Authority! Shipping was fast and you used sealed mylar bags for my oats. Your standards are top notch.

Expecting oil separation

Based on my experience with other natural peanut butters, especially when buying in bulk, I expected the oil to have separated up to the top and that I would have a lot of intense mixing to do. That was not the case with this bucket, to my surprise! The flavor is good and when brought to room temperature, the consistency is smooth but it gets quite hard in the fridge.
