RFL Mystery Merch Bundle

Good morning, I placed two orders for the mystery merch bundles. The merchandise arrived great. But the bottles delivery left a lot to be desired. One of my bottles had a label created and sat for over a week like that before it ever even shipped. I had to message the shipping company three times before they had to create a whole new label and ship it. Then when both the bottles got here… all they had done was stuck a label on the collector boxes and shipped them! There was no outside box with protective packaging. So the bottles were banged up and the collector boxes were destroyed. None of my previous purchases from you were ever shipped this way. And half the reason I buy from you is because of the nice bottles and collector boxes to keep them in. Very disappointed, Angelique
