The Mediator Chain

I love the option to purchase LDS-based Christian necklaces but this is my second purchase and both have tarnished within a few weeks. The first time I reached out to customer service, and I was outside of the replacement policy, so I tried again. We have kept it away from water even though it’s supposed to be resistant and it is starting to turn again. It’s been less than a month. 14 days just isn’t enough time to see if it tarnishes. I’ve tried to reach out with no response to my concerns. I hate that it has to be a bad review to get attention.

We needed both the English and Spanish versions - Spanish version for my son who will be serving his mission in Uruguay and one for us to remember him!!

The necklaces are beautiful. I have purchased one for each of my kids and they love them and wear them with faith.
