Interesting instrument

Bought for myself as a bit of a novelty. I'm not a terribly proficient guitarist but wanted a stringed instrument to run through all the pedals I had for my synth. I love the look of the guitar & it sounds better than I expected.

Not Just For Kids - Quality Improvements

Loog has come a long way. I bought one of their original electrics back in the day (the kind that shipped as a kit that you assembled), and although it was fun to play and had a lipstick pickup, it was not quite comfortable and was difficult to keep in tune. I still play it to this day, though. Well their latest electrics have changed for the better, with a fully adjustable Strat-style bridge, a 4-screw neck plate that keeps the neck securely in the pocket, and sealed tuners. Big upgrades compared to the original model, and also it arrived with low action - playable right out of the box. I did a light setup to make it perfect for me, but it was very close, stock. I love the lucite body and it's quite heavy, which adds a lot to the sustain. I’m going to keep this one tuned G-B-E for now. It's cool to switch between the two, and I've been consistently impressed by the improved quality.
