Dark Chocolate Bar

Old Chocolate. Discolored. Can’t sell these in a retail environment.

This is my second bulk order of these chocolate bars. Both orders arrived with this unpleasant discoloration. In addition to the discoloration, the expiration date is right around the corner. How I am supposed to sell these in a retail environment? I’ve already had some complaints and given refunds to customers that didn’t feel comfortable eating them after they opened them and saw the discoloration.
