Great quality but I would prefer a different returns policy

Your product has a very high quality, but I have to send it back as the size was too big for me. For the returns, I would recommend to introduce the opportunity to create a label for the costumer and just keep a little cost to pay for the return. At the moment , in case of returns, the client has to send the box back at its own risks and costs and it is too expensive, so unfortunately I do not think I will buy online again unless I am not sure for the size to buy.

Zipper gets stuck

Great jacket in terms of looks and keeping you warm and dry. However the Zipper gets stuck everytime I try to take off the jacket. I expected more from the quality for this price.
