Volumes are very inconsistent. Number beside captures are confusing as they’re not explained or described in the instructions, not is the volume issue. Tried to contact customer service through the chat, took a few days to respond to original question. Been waiting over a week for response on what the issue is. They say their team is looking into it. Found a couple useful captures but overall not great. Wanted to love it because the demos are great.
