terrible customer service! I received the wrong item and have emailed then and they act like theyre dumb! I ordered a crunchy squishy and recieved a vaseline squishy!! I emailed them and they just say “yes thats correct” and i even sent a video with proof! Now theyre ignoring me and wont give me the right item! definitely wont be buying again because it was also had a hole in the squishy when i opened the box. All i wanted was ny $14 squishy that they cant even get right and it was popped, i am not satisfied with theyre customer service and with theyre squishys. You guys should at least respond to your customers.

It’s a very good squishy and it honestly came very quick. There’s like not a lot of air in it either.
