Genuinely disappointed with my experience with Canadian Auto Performance. I purchased their intake and titanium turbo inlet expecting premium quality and noticeable performance improvements based on how the products are advertised. The “6-inch” intake setup uses reducers/spacers that significantly narrow the actual size, which felt misleading. The titanium turbo inlet also appeared nearly identical in size to OEM, making the performance value hard to justify. For the price point, I expected far better fit, finish, and overall quality. What made the experience worse was customer service. Instead of addressing concerns properly, the response felt dismissive and heavily policy-based rather than customer-focused. I understand companies have return policies, but when a customer is unhappy with product quality, there should be more effort toward resolution. Overall, the products did not meet my expectations in quality or value, and I wouldn’t purchase from them again.
