First treadmill I received was faulty and inoperable. They quickly sent me another of the same product which within a week also stopped working. I requested a refund sonce i have now had to pay for disposal of two clunky treadmills. Their offer so far has been a $30 credit for their site and yet another piece of equipment i would probably have to pay to dispose of. Noone answers their cust service phone. Chat function has been lovely and responsive but for three days have not budged or responded to my credit request.
